How do I connect the device to my phone?
Does it come with a charger?
Yes, the Glamou blackhead remover comes with a USB-C charging cord.
How long does the battery last?
Our device is equipped with a 1000MAH battery, which can last up to 1 hour of continuous usage. However, we do not recommend you using the device for more than 15 minutes straight.
Can the power level be adjusted?
Yes! There are two settings for this device. If you have dry skin, we recommend the lower setting, and if you have oily skin, we recommend the higher setting.
How often do I need to use it?
To keep your skin pores clean, it is recommended to use this product every day after you wash your face. After washing your face with warm water, you skin pores will usually expand, which allows the cleaning to be easier.
My skin is red after using it, is it normal?
If you have a "hickey" on your face after using, it is totally normal. However, we recommend sliding the device on your face with an even pace, which can prevent this from happening.
How do I clean the device?
To clean your device, make sure it is turned off. Then, you can use a soft cloth, sponge or wet tissue to dry off the device. You can also use an alcohol to disinfect it, just make sure you wipe it off completely. Do not leave the device damp and immediately dry off any moisture, water or chemicals on the device.
